Job Introduction
Purpose of the Role
- Manage key administrative tasks for the region, ensuring efficient use of resources and smooth day‑to‑day operations.
- Support the regional management team by ensuring all administration processes are completed accurately and within required timeframes.
- Work with wider commercial teams to support efficient processing of sales‑related administration, including sales invoicing, blocked tickets, sales invoice queries, month‑end tasks and reporting.
- Support the Internal Sales Manager with front‑end processes to minimise rework and improve turnaround times.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure timely follow‑up and escalation of ticketing and invoice‑related issues.
- Contribute to a positive team culture focused on performance, continuous improvement and personal development.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities
- Adhere to all Safety, Health and Environmental (SHE) Policies and Procedures.
- Deliver a professional and efficient administration service to support regional operations.
- Monitor daily service levels and adjust schedules to maintain productivity.
- Review and clear down blocked tickets daily.
- Follow up on daily unpriced quotes.
- Assign and escalate sales invoice queries in a timely manner.
- Support month‑end reporting activities.
- Contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment.
Additional Responsibilities
- Support group policies aimed at zero accidents.
- Report any Health & Safety issues or concerns promptly.
- Follow company purchasing processes.
- Maintain accurate data within business unit systems and databases.
- Work effectively as part of a wider team to achieve company objectives.
- Support employee engagement and team performance initiatives.

- Basic product knowledge.
- Strong IT literacy, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Good understanding of company policies and procedures.
