Assistant Accountant - Tax

We are currently looking for an Assistant Tax Accountant, to join our team based in Solihull. Flexible/ Hybrid working available.
Role Responsibility
As Assistant Tax Accountant you will be responsible for the following -
- Production of Balance Sheet Reconciliations
- Assisting with the Production of the VAT and Intrastat Returns
- Production of Returns for various Levy's, including GL Reconciliations, journals and payments
- Ad hoc duties
The Ideal Candidate
As a Part-Qualified or Qualified Accountant you will have an appetite to develop and expand your working knowledge around the areas outlined above.
You will ideally have experience of VAT Returns.
With excellent attention to detail and a robust and thorough approach to your work, you will be able to work collaboratively across a broader team.
Strong Excel skills, including Pivot tables, look up's etc is essential.
