Joining our team as a Finance Clerk you will be based at Fishers Way, Belvedere DA17 6BS.

This is an opportunity for the successful candidate to enter the Construction industry with a well-established Civil Engineering company based in London working on a variety of contracts and schemes.

Role Responsibility

What I will be responsible for? 

  • Working for a range of clients from both the Private and Public sectors  
  • Working closely with and be mentored by the Lead/Senior Quantity Surveyor and Operations teams as you deliver the commercial function and financial performance of the Project 

The Ideal Candidate

Who are we looking for?  

To be suitable for this role we are looking for a candidate that possesses the following skills: 

  • IT proficient 
  • Organised and possess strong communication skills 
  • Driven, confident and have a passion for learning 
  • Construction background/experience desirable but not essential
  • Commercial or finance experience desirable but not essential

 

Qualifications/ Experience: 

  • Qualified to A-Level standard 
  • You will be numerate and will have a Maths GCSE 
  • Interest in Quantity Surveying 
  • Live locally to venue
