Commercial Manager

We are looking for a Commercial Manager to lead our team of Key Account Managers within our South West and Wales Region. This position is a key role and has commercial responsibility for £multi million revenue and EBITDA. It is a great opportunity for you to develop your career and is a step which will help you to progress to a senior leadership role.

Role Responsibility

Reporting directly to the Regional Commercial Director you will be responsible for: 

  • Providing leadership, guidance, direction to a team of key Account Managers to ensure that objectives and targets are achieved leading to the overall delivery of the Commercial Strategy 

  • Identifying and securing key strategic commercial opportunities to deliver budgeted volumes, margin expectations and growth

  • Managing and developing commercial relationships with new and existing customers/clients in order to develop and expand market share in line with the national commercial strategy

  • Working with the Regional Commercial Director and commercial colleagues to devise and shape the Regional Commercial Strategy.

  • Have generated value by delivering business improvements and innovative solutions for your customers

  • Have excellent commercial acumen and negotiation skills

Education: 

  • You should be educated to degree level or have equivalent experience.
