Customer Relations Advisor

We are currently looking for a Customer Relations Advisor to join our friendly team based at Featherstone, Wolverhampton.

Role Responsibility

In the role of Customer Relations Advisor, you will be responsible for:

  • Acting as the first point of contact to customers with complaint, supporting the TBP Sales and Service Strategy by the delivery of excellent Customer Service.  
  • Handling and resolving customer complaints and issues while driving root cause to drive the business towards customer excellence and ensuring that the customers experience is constantly improving.
  • Proactively build and manage relationships to grow nominated customer accounts.
  • Working alongside the Territory Manager and internal sales team to agree strategic approach to key customers to ensure clear customer plans.
  • Manage and own the customer satisfaction survey and analysis data provided and escalate where appropriate to resolve issues. 
  • Develop relationships with the wider team and work together to resolve customer issues to improve customer experience.
  • Provide support to credit control to enable query resolution in a speedy manner.

The Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate for the role of Customer Relations Advisor will have a proven track record of delivering improved customer service and sales within a fast paced internal sales environment, as well as:

  • Negotiation experience
  • Customer service experience and customer relationships
  • Understanding of local market
  • Product knowledge experience
