Data & Insight Analyst

We are currently looking for an Analyst to join our Data & Insight team based in Birmingham working on a hybrid basis for 6 months.

Role Responsibility

This role is responsible for producing robust and reliable information from which process and data owners can make plans, decisions and act upon.

• Provide data visualisations that 'tell a story', provide insight and inform decision making

• Ensure accurate and reliable underlying data

• Collecting and interpreting data, analysing results.

• Identifying patterns and trends in data sets.

• Communicate findings and proposed improvements to others

• Working alongside the data and process owners to establish targets and understand challenges

• Identify and implement master data process improvements

• Maintain master data records, when required

• Assist in the interpretation of internal and external benchmarks

• Facilitate or lead workshops/seminars

• Monitor SSC performance level against SLA

• Monitor BU/functions performance against SLA

• Facilitates resolutions of performance short falls by either party

• Utilise knowledge to drive through change and improvements

The Ideal Candidate

Ideally you will have experience of:

• Microsoft O365 - advanced Excel

• Data Visualisation tools

• Critical Thinking

• Strong presentation and communication skills
