We have a fantastic opportunity for a Fleet Co-Ordinator to join our Fleet Team at Abergavenny. We are looking for an experienced Fleet professional looking to take the next career step. We are working hard to create a dynamic and inclusive environment and it’s important that our people come from a variety of backgrounds.
Role Responsibility
Reporting directly to the Fleet Manager, you will be required to assist in the managing of the fleet, producing reports but primarily focusing on Driver Behaviour, Speeding and Telematics.
Key responsibilities for this role will include:
- Assist with Licence Checking and administering Speeding/Parking fines
- Damage Charges to Contract / Filing.
- Developing our Driver Behaviour Programme
- Utilising our telematics to run reports for the Fleet Manager
- Update our MID and monitor our motor vehicle accidents
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a candidate who possesses the following skills:
- “Can do” attitude
- Good IT skills inc Office, Outlook, JAAMA Key2,
- Attention to detail and able to work on own initiative.
- Interest in Motor Industry
- People person and good relationship building skills
Education/Certification Requirements:
- Motor industry/Fleet background desirable
- Good standard of literacy and numeracy
