Fulfilment Coordinator Part-Time

We are currently looking for an experienced Fulfilment Coordinator to join our friendly team based in Bawtry.

Role Responsibility
Within this role you will be responsible for:
- To handle throughput of inbound calls ensuring all calls are dealt with in line with SLA.
- To utilise AX for inbound queries, ensuring clear and precise updates and resolutions are provided to relevant stakeholders
- To escalate issues and communicate outcomes where appropriate, implementing recommendations to avoid recurrence.
- To execute all bookings, cancellations & waiting time notifications, ensuring appropriate stakeholders receive communications of delivery changes.
- To monitor High- risk clients ensuring action is taken where appropriate.
- To effectively communicate with clients and maintain excellent relationships.
- To support the Operational sites with stock discrepancies and manage customer expectations.
- To handle incoming complaints, taking appropriate action to resolve.
- To monitor live operational performance across the network, highlighting issues affecting service performance, seeking resolution and escalating where necessary.
- To produce and distribute KPI reporting to the relevant business stakeholders.
- To respond effectively to changes in transport activities during peak periods and special events
