HR Higher Apprentice or HR Graduate

Job Introduction

We’ll also ask you to travel from time to time and maybe even do a secondment to a different office to help you develop.

Role Responsibility

Our graduate scheme will prepare you for your future at Tarmac and as the successful candidate you’ll collaborate with your HR colleagues to deliver a best in class HR service to the business. Of course, you’ll be supported in your development as a HR Graduate and partner with a HR Manager for a region of the business to maximise your learning potential. As an integral part of the HR team, you will help drive a positive experience through facilitating engagement activities and managing HR queries. You will be dealing with conflict resolution as well as supporting investigations for employee relations issues.

 

In return for you commitment and hard work we’ll guide you to make decisions to deliver business impact, present powerfully, communicate effectively and many more key skills. We will provide you with project work and a senior sponsor to help drive your career to a better future.

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for ambitious, proud and collaborative individuals to join us. You’ll certainly be a team player and have a keen interest in HR that’s supported by your degree subject. You’ll also be articulate, confident and a fluent communicator demonstrating a high level of both oral and written English as well as great MS Office skills. But we are also interested in you so it's not about your experience, what grades you got or where you come from, it's about being curious, having a determination to achieve and thriving on a challenge.
