Internal Sales Coordinator

We are currently looking for an Internal Sales Coordinator to join our team in Colchester. We’re working hard to create a dynamic and inclusive environment and it’s important that our people come from a variety of different backgrounds.

Role Responsibility

Reporting directly to the Customer Services Supervisor you will be responsible for:

• The receipt of customer orders, and accurate input of orders into the appropriate computer systems
• Monitoring the progress of orders and working closely with transport planners to ensure customers are kept informed at all times.
• Carrying out daily administrative tasks in line with the internal sales coordinator role

The Ideal Candidate

To be successful in this role you will ideally have experience within a similar role. You will also:

• Have excellent communication and organisational skills
• Have the ability to liaise with stakeholders of varying seniority levels both internally and externally
• Be motivated
• Be flexible
• IT Literate  -  (Microsoft Office, Excel particularly)
