ON HOLD - Internal Sales Coordinator

We are currently looking for an Internal Sales Co-ordinator to join our friendly team based in Bristol. Here at Tarmac, we are working hard to create a dynamic and inclusive environment and it’s important that our people come from a variety of different backgrounds.

Role Responsibility

• To achieve volume and price targets for your area of responsibility
• To identify and grow cash sales volumes and prices against targets
• To ensure customer satisfaction targets are exceeded
• Continually work towards improving OTIFIC (on time in full invoiced correctly)

Purpose of the role

• Raising and pricing of quotes for your given area, job chasing to order conversion and query/complaint resolution
• Management of pipeline through pro-active chasing of work bank by outbound calling and lead generation.
• Work towards agreed SLA ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, working closely with orders and distribution functions.

The Ideal Candidate

To be successful in this role you will ideally have experience within a similar role. You will also: 

• Have excellent communication and organisational skills 

• Sales experience

• Conflict Resolution

• Have the ability to liaise with stakeholders of varying seniority levels both internally and externally 

• Be motivated 

• Be flexible 

• IT Literate  -  (Microsoft Office, Excel particularly)
