We are currently looking for an Internal Sales Coordinator to join our team in Snodland, Kent, ME6 5LA. We’re working hard to create a dynamic and inclusive environment and it’s important that our people come from a variety of different backgrounds. 

Role Responsibility

Reporting directly to the Customer Services Supervisor you will be responsible for: 

• Raising and pricing of quotes for their given area

• Job chasing to order conversion and query/complaint resolution

• Management of pipeline through pro-active chasing of work bank by outbound calling and lead generation.

• They will work towards agreed SLA ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, working closely with orders and distribution functions.

• Additionally, they will utilise skills and tools cascaded from the initiatives delivered from the National Commercial team or identified from within the BU. 

• Carrying out daily administrative tasks in line with the internal sales coordinator role

The Ideal Candidate

To be successful in this role you will ideally have experience within a similar role. You will also: 

• Have excellent communication and organisational skills 

• Have the ability to liaise with stakeholders of varying seniority levels both internally and externally 

• Be motivated 

• Be flexible 

• IT Literate  -  (Microsoft Office, Excel particularly)
