Machine Setter

We are currently looking for an experienced Machine Setter to join our team on a fixed term, 6 months basis which is based at Tarmac Eaton Hall site, Congleton, North West England.  We’re working hard to create a dynamic and inclusive environment and it’s important that our people come from a variety of different backgrounds.

We are currently looking for an experienced Machine Setter (noons 13:45 – 22:15) to join our team based in Tarmac Eaton Hall site, Congleton, North West England.  We’re working hard to create a dynamic and inclusive environment and it’s important that our people come from a variety of different backgrounds.

Progression Pay Scale - promote and progress yourself by learning new competencies, skills and knowledge to work your way through to the highest level.

The Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate should be able to demonstrate previous experience working as a Machine Setter or Similar with a sound maintenance knowledge gained within a fast-paced production environment. 

Specific Requirments:

• Working to achieve production targets
• A keen eye for quality control
• Ability to comply with the H&S regulations 
• Flexible towards to the working hours and willingness to work overtime
• Team player
