We are currently looking for a Maintenance Planner to join our friendly team based at Linford 1 in Stanford-le-Hope.

Role Responsibility
In the role of Maintenance Planner you will be responsible for:

Ensuring operational and engineering based maintenance is safely planned to optimise production plans, quality and cost.

Liaise with management to effectively create a short, medium and long term engineering plans.

Planning, completion, effectiveness of interventions and improvement initiatives to be measured and optimised in line with all quality, health, safety and environmental standards and relevant legislation.

Generate KPI’s and data reports to support engineering functions.

Be able to read and understand engineering drawings and manuals for effective part staging.

Liaise with site engineers to support, train and maintain the site CMMS package.

Work closely with the stores site manager to control effective use of engineering parts.
The Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate for the Maintenance Planner will have experience of:

Engineering qualification or a background in engineering

Be familiar with a recognised CMMS system, work planning and stores control

Organisational skills
-
Be able to read and understand engineering drawings and manuals

Must be familiar with Microsoft office package
-
Able to draw links between action planning, completion and effectiveness
