Multi-Skilled Operative

We are currently looking for a Multi Skilled Operative to join our team at our Isle of Wight, Aggregates site, PO31 7PG.

Role Responsibility

Reporting directly to the Site Supervisor you will be responsible for: 

• General day to day site duties

• Operating the site weighbridge 

• Developing the necessary skills for operating a loading shovel on site

• Carrying out Health and Safety inspections regularly 

The Ideal Candidate

To be successful in this role you will have worked within a similar environment ideally within a similar role. You will also: 

• Have knowledge of Health and Safety policies and procedures for an operational site  

• Be able to communicate effectively 

• Be organised and work to set timeframes 

• Be able to work independently and as part of a team 

• Be motivated 

• Be flexible
