Operations Administrator

We are currently looking for an Internal Operations Administrator to join our friendly team based at Mountsorrel.
We are working hard to create a dynamic and inclusive environment and it’s important that our people come from a variety of different backgrounds, therefore prior technical experience isn’t always necessary for success.
Role Responsibility
Reporting into the Operations Manager you will be responsible for providing clerical and administrative support as well as:

Checking and processing operative timesheets on a daily basis in line with business cut off periods

Supporting and coordinating where necessary the organisation of training courses as required

Raise purchase order requisitions and goods receipt on receipt of invoice in line with Sox protocols

Completion of administration tasks within a reasonable timeframe, taking into consideration and implementing service level agreements where necessary

Processing area transactional data accurately and in line with requirements

Coordinating meetings including room allocation and catering requirements, preparing agendas and organising act
The Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will have experience in an administrative role as well as:
-
Numeracy and literacy educations
-
Experience of organisation and planning skills
-
Excellent team working skills with the ability to work collaboratively and cooperatively with colleagues
-
Excellent IT skills including high level of competence with the Microsoft packages - Word, Excel and Powerpoint
-
Sap experience is desirable
