We are currently looking for an Operative to join our fantastic team based in Swain's Park Industrial Estate, Swadlincote.

Role Responsibility

The successful Production Operative will be responsible for actively participating in bagged products manufacturing in a safe manner. You will also take responsibility for:

• Own and colleagues safety
• Ensuring product quality
• Continuous improvement towards plant and production methods
• Good housekeeping

The Ideal Candidate

As our ideal Production Operative, you will be able to demonstrate proven experience working within a similar manufacturing environment. You will also:

• Possess good communication skills and be numerate
• Ideally, hold a forklift truck licence
• Be a good team player
• Have experience in manual handling
