Packed Products Compliance and Performance Administrator

We are currently looking for an Packed Products Compliance and Performance Administrator to join our friendly team. This role can be based anywhere in the UK as will offer flexible working with some site visits.

Role Responsibility

  • Establish effective communicate with all stakeholders ensuring dissemination of information across the divisional unit including production, maintenance, reliability and statutory systems.  

  • Administer all statutory inspection and compliance activities and contracts for all sites  

  • Manage relationships with all external statutory inspection services (mechanical, structural, electrical LOLER and pressure) related to the Cement, Specialist, Sands and Aggregates packing sites.    

  • Support the administration of all divisional capital projects, including financial and reporting activities. Act as sole purchasing agent for all capital expenditure, administration and reporting.   

  • Manage the data collection and reporting of OEE systems including the development of Sharepoint reports.    

  • Provide administration support for the national mobile plant fleet of circa 200 vehicles including inspections and compliance.  

  • Manage and collate and availability of all CSSA information, reports and data on the company 

The Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will have experience of: 

  • Ability to communicate and influence front line site managers and teams.  

  • Proven knowledge in supporting projects and national initiatives   

  • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills and the ability to build and develop relationships   

  • Strong verbal and written communicator   

  • Proven reporting and presenting skills
