Role Responsibility

Overall management of the strategic programme. Resource management in line with commercial model. Preparing target and construction comparison programmes. You will report directly to the Operations Manager

The Ideal Candidate

The Norfolk Highways Maintenance contract requires an experienced Planning and Programme manager to work in a busy environment delivering highway improvement schemes to Norfolk County Council. Your key area of responsibility will be to manage the strategic programme between Norfolk and contract delivery partners. You will have experience in managing complex works programmes within the Highways industry. A current drivers license is required as travel between sites is required. You will ideally have a CSCS card and NRSWA Supervisors card. The role will be mainly office based however travel to sites will be required. You will possess excellent IT skills and have worked with MS Project and other planning software.
