Plant Operative

We are currently looking for a Plant Operative to join our friendly Ready-Mix team at the C&H Quickmix site, based in Norfolk.

Role Responsibility

As Plant Operative, you will be a part of the Operative team which produces Ready-Mix materials used within the construction industry.

As well as delivering best in class Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality performance for our Plant operations.

Tarmac will provide Training & Development to help further your skillset. 

The Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will have previous Plant Operative experience or be able to demonstrate proven experience working within an Industrial, Factory or similar environment as an operative or labourer. As well as possess good communication skills and will have a ‘can do’ approach to their work

Qualifications

Shovel License – desirable
