We are currently looking for a Ready Mix Plant Supervisor to join our team at our Bournemouth Ready Mix concrete plant.

Role Responsibility

Reporting directly to the Production Manager you be responsible for the overall day to day operations of the designated Ready Mix plant. You will also be responsible for:

• Supervising our Ready Mix Batch teams and Maintenance teams on site
• Ensuring all employees are compliant with Health and Safety policies and procedures
• Liaising with stakeholders of varying seniority levels both internally and externally
• Manual operation of the plant and system
• Loading mixer trucks with materials

The Ideal Candidate

Although full training will be given, applicants would benefit from having previous experience in a similar role. It would be ideal for candidates to have worked within a ready mix concrete industry. The ideal candidate will also have:

• Supervisory/managerial experience
• Ideally experience of operating RMX plant
• Knowledge of on site practice and procedures
• Good communication and organisational skills
• Flexibility in their working approach
• Motivation and willingness to learn
