Project Manager

We are currently looking for a Project Manager to join our team on the M25 Road project. Within the M25 Community we work together to find innovative ways to deliver road renewal schemes that meet the short and long term needs of the network and stakeholders.

Role Responsibility

Reporting directly to the Contracts Manager you will lead an operational team to deliver projects as part of our M25 contract and gain experience and development opportunities to allow progression within our business. Other responsibilities include:

• Managing Health and Safety and wellbeing
• People management
• Working with various stakeholders
• Coordinating with partners, contractors and clients
• Overseeing and ensuring high quality delivery
• Working as part of the M25 community
• Financial reporting

The Ideal Candidate

To be successful in this role you will have experience of working within a Civil Engineering Industry, ideally road construction. You will also have:

• Experience of managing a team
• Pavement knowledge is desirable
• Project Management experience
• Experience of Continuous Improvement methods in previous roles 
• Good knowledge of Health and Safety policies and procedures
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience of working with stakeholders of varying seniority levels both internally and externally
• Organisational skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• A passion for innovation and continuous improvement
