We are recruiting for a Quality & Assurance Manager to join and lead our fantastic team in Snodland, Kent. The role is easily commutable from Gravesend, Rochester, Dartford, Tilbury, Sittingbourne, Ashford, Cranbrook, Staplehurst, Maidstone, Tonbridge, Tunbridge Wells, Sevenoaks, Swanley, Paddock Wood.

Role Responsibility

Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Quality & Assurance Manager will oversee and manage the effective allocation of resources ensure efficient delivery that impacts positively on PAVES business performance.

The role will coordinate across all operational performance measured with relevant KPI's.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities of the Quality & Assurance Manager , not exhaustive:

• To manage, improve and comply with all HSQE requirements
• To drive performance improvements and best practice across the business
• Effective management, coaching and development of all direct reports and drive full employee engagement
• To manage business performance on areas of control
• Embedding a system of working and to champion technologies that are identified for use within the operational team 

The Ideal Candidate

To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate for the position of Quality & Assurance Manager, you will ideally have experience and knowledge of:

• Managerial experiencing ideally from the contracting industry
• Resource Management
• Operational Technical knowledge
• Effective communication skills
