Reliability Engineer

We are currently looking for an Reliability Engineer to join our friendly team based at Tunstead in Buxton on a secondment or fixed term contract basis until 31/03/2025.

Role Responsibility
In the role of Reliability Engineer you will be fundamental in improving the reliability for all Cement Plant equipment. This is a great development role with an array of training available. The Reliability Engineer is line manager to two Mechanical Inspectors & the Lubrication Technician. You will also be responsible for:
- Attend meetings ensuring plant requirements are understood & mobilise the methods team appropriately.
- Understand the objectives of the day for the methods team & ensure any plant priorities are addressed.
- Attend & participate in various daily meeting as required by Methods Manager in line with plant objectives.
The Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate for the role of Reliability Engineer will have experience of:

Mechanical biased experience (preferred)
-
NVQ L3 - Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
-
NC/HNC (preferred)
-
Experience in heavy industry (maintenance/technical)
