Sales & Service Manager

We are currently looking for an experienced Sales and Service Manager to join our management team based in Bawtry, Doncaster. We’re working hard to create a dynamic and inclusive environment and it’s important that our people come from a variety of different backgrounds.

Role Responsibility

As the Sales and Service Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing the internal sales and service team and ensuring that as a function we are managing our customers demand and ensure we are operating within set SLA and KPI’s.

This role reports to the Senior Commercial Manager and will oversee and manage approx. 12 Sales and Service team members.

With a flexible and hands-on approach, you will ensure effective management is in place to achieve a safe working environment, profit and cash targets, and driving innovation and improvements where possible all whilst delivering for our customers and maintaining a high level of service.

The Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will possess previous experience working as a Internal Sales Manager or Service Manager gained within a fast-paced, building products environment with experience in managing internal sales teams, effective engagement with all stake holders, successful management and control of systems and procedures and demonstrable ability of leading and improving service delivery.

Key to your success will be your exceptional communication skills. As an influential and persuasive leader, you will have a successful track record in managing, developing, motivating and inspiring both direct reports and people in your wider organisation to cultivate strong, engaged and competent teams.
