Sales and Logistics Coordinator

We are currently looking for a Sales and Logistics Coordinator to join our team based at  Tunstead site in Buxton, Derbyshire.

Role Responsibility

Reporting to the Internal Sales Manager, as the successful candidate you will be required to deliver sales order processing and haulage scheduling for the Specialist Sands business.  Additionally, you will assist in sales call-off and associated sales processes to support the internal Topsport team and external technical sales managers.

You will assist in all administrative tasks including goods receipting, purchase order creation and invoice queries.

You will also monitor and liaise with hauliers and customers in delivery processes which will include but are not limited to raising sales quotations, sales order call off and delivery schedule monitoring.

The Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate should be able to evidence previous sales and logistics knowledge within a fast-paced sales or similar environment. As well as be an enthusiastic, self-motivated, organised individual who has an outgoing, approachable personality. 

The Sales and Logistics Coordinator should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and be able to develop effective relationships at all levels.
