Sector Sales Manager

We are currently looking for a Sector Sales Manager to join our friendly team at Ballidon in Ashbourne, Derbyshire. This role will offer some flexibility of remote working.

Role Responsibility

In the role of Sector Sales Manager you will be developing sales opportunities for the Powders business, within Cement & Lime and managing Powders customer accounts. You will also be responsible for:

• Managing all aspects of the customer relationships and developing sector plans and relationships
• Identifying threats and opportunities, evaluating their impact and following through to closure
• Accountable for the sales performance of the sector
• Delivering price growth and budgeted volumes
• Seek out opportunities for growth or to recover lost contribution
• Maintaining a full understanding of the products
• Lead investigations into issues and complaint

The Ideal Candidate

For the role of Sector Sales Manager, the ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role/environment as well as:

• Proven track record in selling, negotiating and customer account management
• Experience of working in a customer sector: industrial, construction or agricultural sectors
• Previously worked in a national mobile sales team
• Full driving license
• Understanding business financial accounts, budgets, performance and measurement
