Senior Credit Controller

Due to an upcoming business divestment project we are currently looking for a Senior Credit Controller, to join our friendly team based in Birmingham. This is a temporary role working on a fixed term contract for around 6 - 12 months.

Role Responsibility
The Senior Credit Controller will work to ensure readiness for the Transitional Service arrangement.
Operate the required Credit Control processes to ensure cash collection maximised and customers managed within agreed trade parameters as set out by the business owner.
●Work with business owners and Collections Manager to define and document the new required processes, keeping these up to date and relevant.
●Carry out any systems testing required associated with the credit control processes for the Lime business.
●Manage the debtor ledger to ensure proactive cash collection and customers managed within agreed parameters and process.
●Liaise daily with key contacts in the business concerning dispute management and cash collection matters relevant to the Lime business.
●Ownership of all management controls and debtor reporting requirements.
●Provide management information and insight to the data, attend debt review meetings as required.
●Work closely with business stakeholders to ensure effective handover from the transitional service arrangement at the appropriate time.
