We are currently looking for an experienced Senior Estimator to join our friendly team in Bow, Greater London.

Role Responsibility
Reporting into the Bid Director, the suitable candidate will be working on a number of projects such as Highway Term maintenance Contracts, Site Projects, S278 works, Hard Landscaping and Public Realm type works within the London Markets. You will also be responsible for:
Pricing SOR items for Term Maintenance Contracts
Strong knowledge of Highways Method of Measurement
Analysing tender enquiry documents
Drafting BOQ from spec and drawings where necessary
Pricing from first principles
Working with specialist subcontractors and supply chain for quotes
Knowledge of Estimating Software (Causeway or similar)
Working with Operational team members for delivery solutions
The Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role and:
Minimum of 5 years experience in Highway works
Experienced with Term Maintenance contract experience
Background within Civils/ Hard landscape/ Public Realm
Knowledge of Causeway or similar estimating packages
