Senior Order Coordinator

We are currently looking for a Senior Order Coordinator to join our friendly team based in Featherstone, Wolverhampton.

Role Responsibility

In the role of Senior Order Coordinator you will be responsible for, but not limited to:

  • Support and implement the customer service strategy and achieve targets and KPI’s in line with the Blocks Product Line Strategy through the effective coaching and development of the Order Coordinators.
  • Be responsible for the tracking and reporting of customer service performance, the monitoring of adherence to internal standards and achievement of targets.
  • Support the team to achieve the sales and customer service targets and KPI’s through Coaching, development and day to day management
  • Investigate and implement continuous improvement initiatives
  • Execute internal processes to ensure consistent use and application of customer service tools as provided
  • Ensure that teams are regularly communicated, individually and as a team in a constructive and timely manner
  • Provide support with key accounts as required in pursuit of deal compliance; coordinate account specific reporting and engage in account plan engagement strategies

The Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate for the role of Senior Order Coordinator will have experience in a similar role as well as:

  • Supervisory experience (desirable)
  • Coaching experience
  • Sales negotiation, planning and scheduling and contact centre experience
  • Utilised Microsoft Dynamics AX (desirable)
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Achieve sales targets in line with KPI’s
