Site Administrator

We are currently looking for a Site Administrator to join our friendly team at Dunbar Cement Plant.

Role Responsibility
In the role of Site Administrator you will be responsible for:
- Providing PA support to the Plant Manager – letters, travel, arranging meetings and expenses
- Front of house for the site – first point of contact for Dunbar, welcoming visitors to the site and conducting basic checks
- Ensuring appropriate sign-in and induction for all visitors and compliance with site Security procedures.
- General office administration and support for site management.
- Supporting with administration of projects and initiatives
- Providing ad hoc support to the Senior Team and wider site as required
- Contributing to the Health and Safety culture onsite including being an ambassador for the initiatives
The Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate for the role of Site Administrator will have experience in a similar role as well as experience of:
- General administration experience
- Proven experience supporting a Senior Manager
- Knowledge of a fast moving working environment – ideally industrial (desirable)
- Excellent IT skills (MS Office and other relevant site systems)
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
- Strong communication skills
- Strong problem solving and trouble shooting skills
- Accurate and precise with strong attention to detail.
- Able to demonstrate good report writing skills, in a clear and concise way.
- Ability to prioritise, make decisions and propose actions
- Accuracy in data input.
