Site Coordinator (Systems)

We are currently looking for a Systems Site Coordinator to join our team based at the Tarmac Linford site in Stanford-le-Hope, Essex.

Role Responsibility

Reporting directly to the Senior Production Manager you will be responsible for the ownership and coordination of the finance and compliance management systems across our Aircrete production unit.

Key Accountabilities: 

• Work as part of the Site support team ensuring the site runs smoothly and its management systems are fully kept up to date by the site teams.

• Provide regular updates to the site management team on purchasing, compliance and ISO systems status, facilitating the coordination of all management activities required to keep systems alive and improved.

• Liaise with Tarmac central services, auditors and finance teams to ensure the timely flow of information and reviews.

• Track and report all site purchases and site business improvement plan activities

The Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate previous experience working as a Site Coordinator, Administrator or similar with good business acumen, working knowledge of management systems and purchasing. As well as possess good communication skills and have a real desire in developing your own skills.

Essential skills, knowledge; 

• Good knowledge of IT
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint & Excel)
• Ability to produce data/statistics/reports
