Street Lighting Supervisor

Role Responsibility

In this role you will be actively involved with:

Development and maintenance of relationship with Client Engineers and Supervisors.

Leading and developing the site team to drive best practice and continuous improvement.

Ensuring compliance with HEA standards.

Ensure all project/sites comply with company health, safety, environmental and quality policies and procedures and all legislative requirements

Maximise value on each project by understanding of the commercial/pricing strategy

Defining overall team workload, planning and allocating day-to-day work priorities and allocating manpower for daily tasks

Effective relationships with the client

Effective management, coaching and development of site person

The Ideal Candidate

To be suitable for this role we are looking for a candidate that possesses the following skills:

IT proficient

Organised and possess strong communication skills

Driven, confident and have a passion for learning

In addition it would be advantageous for the successful candidate to have proven experience in Health and Safety IOSH, a recognised construction qualification – NVQ 3 or similar, G39, HEA, SMSTS, demonstrable experience within the street lighting and civil engineering industry (preferably of works delivery within highways sector). A driving licence is ideal too.
