Role Responsibility

The Systems Coordinator is responsible primarily for the day-to-day support of the T&P Manager in ensuring the management and control of the Health & Safety Document, Environmental Management System and Quality Management System meets or exceeds the criteria required.

Further duties include attendance at Internal and External Audits, Support with Site S&H Audits in preparation for H&S Team Audits, SHE focus at site level through Face 2 Face, supporting the T&P Manager and unit Supervisors with fundamental documentation.

Support with rollout of new Standards and systems, ensuring full compliance with Permitting and Planning conditions, identifying and sharing best practise around the Region

The Ideal Candidate

What are we looking for? 

  • Proven experience as a Systems Coordinator 

  • Excellent understanding of data administration and management functions (collection, analysis, distribution etc.) 

  • An analytical mindset with problem-solving skills 

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build, develop and influence relationships through collaboration 

  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills 

  • A good level of financial understanding and awareness. 

Desirable 

  • Knowledge of wider business functions and key business issues 

  • An understanding of SQL systems and database connectivity
