We are currently looking for a Team Leader to join our team in Alfreton.

Role Responsibility

In the role of Team Leader you will be responsible for supporting the production manager in achieving the shift targets for Safety and Production.

You will also be responsible for coaching and development of the shift team in order to ensure that there are adequate levels of cover for all stations.

It is expected that the team leader will deputise for the Production Manager and ensure all documents are completed (shift reports, leave booking, morning production meetings)

The Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate for the role of Team Leader will have experience of: 

• Working in a manufacturing environment (advantageous)
• IOSH Working Safely
• Ability to coach and train others 
• Proven leadership skills
• Excellent communication skills
