Training Co-ordinator

We are currently looking for a Training Coordinator to join our team at Tarmac's National Skills & Safety Park – Nether Langwith Quarry, near Mansfield.

Role Responsibility

The main purpose of the role is to:

  • Administer Training and Qualifications efficiently and correctly
  • Ensure consistency of service and processes to Training contacts across the Tarmac Business
  • You will liaise with suppliers and schedule Training courses
  • Ensure all Training materials are available - e.g Rooms etc
  •  Identifying employees for Refresher Training
  • Ad hoc duties

The Ideal Candidate

To be successful in this role you will have experience ideally of administration within a similar working environment. You will also:

  • Have strong administrative experience
  • Be IT literate – Microsoft Office, Excel and Outlook
  • Be a good communicator
  • Be motivated and organised
  • Be able to work within set timeframes
