Training Co-ordinator

We are currently looking for a Training Coordinator to join our team at Tarmac's National Skills & Safety Park – Nether Langwith Quarry, near Mansfield.
We’re working hard to create a dynamic and inclusive environment and it’s important that our people come from a variety of different backgrounds.
Role Responsibility
The main purpose of the role is to:
- Administer Training and Qualifications efficiently and correctly
- Ensure consistency of service and processes to Training contacts across the Tarmac Business
- You will liaise with suppliers and schedule Training courses
- Ensure all Training materials are available - e.g Rooms etc
- Identifying employees for Refresher Training
- Ad hoc duties
The Ideal Candidate
To be successful in this role you will have experience ideally of administration within a similar working environment. You will also:
- Have strong administrative experience
- Be IT literate – Microsoft Office, Excel and Outlook
- Be a good communicator
- Be motivated and organised
- Be able to work within set timeframes
