Training Coordinator

We are currently looking for a Training Coordinator for a fixed-term period (Maternity Cover) to join our team at Tarmac's National Skills & Safety Park – Nether Langwith Quarry. We’re working hard to create a dynamic and inclusive environment and it’s important that our people come from a variety of different backgrounds.
Role Responsibility
Reporting directly to the Training Services Team Leader you will be responsible for:
- Administering training, vocational qualifications and business education requests efficiently and correctly in line with HR policies, service level agreements and timetables.
- Providing effective operational delivery to a multi-location, field – based team
The Ideal Candidate
To be successful in this role you will have experience ideally of training and administration within a similar working environment. You will also:
- Have strong administrative experience
- Be IT literate – Microsoft Office
- Be a good communicator
- Be motivated and organised
- Be able to work within set timeframes
