About the Role
Reporting into the Business Infrastructure Manager, the successful Voice & Data Networks Analyst will be ensuring the delivery of consistent, appropriate, secure, cost-effective, compliant and high-quality voice and data services to Tarmac.
**Please note this is a part-time position working 15 hours a week working on the Monday & Tuesday**
What you'll be doing
In this role, you as the successful Voice & Data Networks Analyst will be carrying out the following duties and responsibilities (not exhaustive)
- Working as a Subject Matter Expert (with Voice & Data knowledge) on business projects in line with business strategy
- Grasping user requirements and solution options
- Building solutions that comply right first time by design
- Providing second-line support to IT users in line with agreed SLAs
- Investigating incidents and identifying and mobilising resources required to aid resolution
- Acting as a Subject Matter Expert in the Change Management process
- Supporting the incident root cause analysis process and continuous process improvement
What we are looking for
We are looking for someone who is:
- Educated to degree standard or able to demonstrate appropriate significant and relevant experience in a similar role
- IT technical knowledge/experience of one or more of the following core disciplines: e.g. Cisco, Meraki, Avaya, MPLS, SD-WAN, SIP
