Weighbridge Operator

We are currently looking for a Weighbridge Operator to join our friendly team at Tunstead in Buxton.

Role Responsibility

In the role of Weighbridge Operator you will be responsible for: 

• Ensuring safe operations within the weighbridge area of responsibility and legal compliance in weighbridge operations

• Providing support for activities within Logistics remit of Tunstead site including management of contractors & supervision of external activities

• Providing out of normal office hours coverage for Cement and Lime, in conjunction with out of hours process

The Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate for the role of Weighbridge Operator will have experience of: 

• NVQ in Weidghbridge Operations
• Experience in goods vehicle/weighbridge operations would be beneficial but not essential as full training and support will be provided
• Customer Focused (Internal & External)

• Good organisational and communication skills
