Order Coordinator

We are currently looking for an Order Coordinator to join our friendly team in Wolverhampton.

Role Responsibility
In the role of Order Coordinator, you will be responsible for but not limited to:
- Processing customer orders, amendments, and cancellations in an accurate and timely manner and in accordance with internal processes and KPI’s
- Managing numerous customer specific order inboxes
- Providing customers with order acknowledgments
- Monitoring and tracking direct to site bulk call-off orders and maintaining regular contact with customers until bulk order requirements are complete
- Process and co-ordinate customer complaints
- When required, assist with the resolution of invoice queries
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Provide customers will exceptional, best in class customer service
The Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate for the role of Order Coordinator will have experience in a similar role as well as:
- Customer focused
- Ability to develop effective relationships with internal and external customers
- Effective communication and influencing skills to support goals and objectives
- Manages own workload to meet the demands of the role and exceed sales targets
- Ability to influence decision makers to support achievement of goals and objectives in line with the parameters in which the role operates
